Welcome, and thank you for choosing Above-the-Line Training Associates (ATL) as your Leadership training provider. This course is part of the Leadership Development program designed by Dr Richard Olley, “Leading with Authenticity.

This course is a foundation course and introduces you to the theory and principles that underpin Authentic Leadership. For this reason, there is no charge for you to undertake this course. This is the first of five that comprise the Leading with Authenticity program.

Please note that this course is available only online, and facilitated learning mode is not offered for this foundational course.

Enrolling in any of our courses gives you eight weeks of content access to complete it, and this course is no different. You can study at your own pace, and if you cannot complete the course within the planned eight weeks, please get in touch with ATL at [email protected], and we can arrange for a reasonable access extension without asking for a reason. The usual extension period is four weeks; however, this can vary according to individual needs and circumstances. You will receive a Certificate of Participation for each course completed. When you complete all program components (in this case, five courses, including this one), you will receive a certificate certifying that you have completed all program components.

Some Important Information

• Undertaking any course involves reading and engaging with course materials in print, video, or audio files.
• While the other four courses comprising the program are not in a set order, the above order is recommended as the most logical. Each course is designed as discrete, allowing it to be undertaken in any order.
