Based on almost 30 years of management experience, Tracey has a unique skill set that allows her to work effectively in various environments. Tracey’s strong professional networks across government, regulatory authorities, acute, community and aged care providers also allow her to call on clinical and non-clinical expertise when dealing with specific issues. Tracey’s success is grounded in outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to supporting consumer choice and using technology to improve the way services are provided to people. She has specialist knowledge and interest in several areas, including:
- Working with organisations to resolve HR-related issues, including workplace conflict, allegations of bullying and harassment, mediation between workers, support for performance management discussions and conducting investigations into poor workplace behaviours.
- Working in and with Community Health and Aged Care in Private, Public and Not for Profit organisations, including alternative service models to residential aged care.
- Rehabilitation, Palliative Care and Drug and Alcohol Services in community-based and inpatient settings (especially as they relate to supporting older people).
- Residential Aged Care services in Private, Public and Not for Profit organisations.
- Development and implementation of primary health care models for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in rural and regional areas of Australia.
- Managing a technology start-up with a product/service offering to support people with chronic health conditions.
- Business lead in implementing client management systems using cloud-based technology to support consumers and staff in providing aged care services.
