Logo

At Above-the-Line Training Associates, we produce programs that conform to Authentic Leadership principles. Our logo symbolises the moral compass that authentic leaders endeavour to develop and use over time and hold dear to their hearts. However, what does that really mean?

At Above-the-Line Training Associates (ATL), we strive to deliver content that is in keeping with the principles of Authentic Leadership. It is important that we all share a common understanding of authenticity. From personal experience underpinned by evidence from the learned literature, leaders are most authentic when the work they do directly aligns with the leader's calling, purpose and passion.

The method of learning is entirely your choice.

At Above-the-Line Training Associates we produce programs that conform to Authentic Leadership principles and our logo represents the moral compass that authentic leaders develop over time and hold dear to their heart.
